This exhibit debuted at Shendandoah University in 2013
The first four panels offer a basic social history of the "African American Experience" in Winchester during the 1940's. The final eight panels tell the original story of Howard Walker's plight with the information we knew in 2013.
"Mocking Byrd", the culmination of the last decade of research will tell the REST of the story.
